Returns & Refunds
What is the process for applying for a refund?
The refund process is as follows:
-Submit the application: On the "My Orders" page, click "Apply for After-sales Service", select the reason for the refund and upload the proof
-Review and confirmation: Our customer service will review your application within 24 hours
-Returned products (if required) : After approval, the products will be sent back to the address provided by the customer service
-Refund processing: After receiving the returned product and confirming its accuracy, the refund will be made to the original payment account within 3 to 5 working days
