What is the process for custom orders?
The general process is as follows:
Consult the customer service to confirm whether the product supports customization and the minimum order quantity.
Provide the design documents or let us design.
Confirm the sample (pay the sample fee, approximately 3-5 working days).
Place an order for production after confirming that the sample is correct.
Production and delivery (7-15 working days depending on quantity).
