What is the minimum order quantity for custom textiles?
Minimum order quantities vary by product and customization requirements. Most products, including custom canvas tote bags and kitchen textile products, start as low as 50/100 units. Check each product page for exact quantities and volume pricing!
Can I add my logo or artwork to the products?
Yes. You can personalize selected home textile products with your logo, artwork, colors, patterns, and packaging.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. You can request a sample to check the material, print quality, color, and construction before bulk production. Sample fees may apply and can be credited toward your bulk order where applicable.
How long does custom textile production take?
Production usually takes 7 to 15 working days after the design and payment are confirmed. The full delivery time is generally around 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the product, order quantity, customization, and destination.
What file format should I provide for my design?
For the best print quality, we strongly prefer vector files (e.g., .AI or .EPS). High-resolution .PSD or .PNG files are also acceptable. To help you prepare your artwork correctly, you can download our design template from the product page.
